At Dragon One every single order matters. Each and every case is printed to order, which means that we are only able to accept refunds or returns if the item is faulty or incorrect. If you query does not fall in to this category but you would still like to discuss a refund or exchange then please get in touch and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. With every case being made to order we want to ensure that the print quality of the item is absolutely spot on. As such we ask that you allow for up to three weeks for orders to arrive from the point of purchase. All cases are subject to availability. In the exceptional possibility that a product becomes out of stock when you order then we will notify you as soon as possible and we will provide a full refund or arrange an alternative item. Every effort has been made to display the phone case designs as accurately as possible on the site. However please remember that colours we use across the designs may vary from that of the delivered item due to any limitations and capabilities of the screen that you view the Dragon One shop on. As such we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour, texture, brightness or detail of products will be the same as the actual product. If you order a case for delivery outside the United Kingdom they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified country. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that Dragon One have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
